Remi had a clean and modern image in mind for her & Tom's big day blooms. White was THE colour, creating neat and structured designs on mass! Remi was the most chilled out bride I have ever worked with in my career - even bringing the whole floristry team bacon sandwiches and teas on the morning of her wedding day! - bless her!!!!
To bring the design to life we used 4,000 stems of white delphiniums to create the hanging canopies above the 2 central guests tables in the marquee within the grounds of Remi’s Mum and Dad's home.
The tables themselves were dressed with 100s of vases containing crisp white blooms partnered with 100s of candles in cut glass and silver tea light candles.
To say the wedding was breathtaking was an understatement - guests arrived to the family home and were greeted with a floral clad staircase adorned with candles, once they entered the drinks reception the pool was dressed with over a thousand floating white hydrangeas - it was just dreamy and we were so so lucky with the weather - after a tricky start the sun shone for the happy couple when they returned from church.
I want to say a very special thanks to Lisa (Remi’s mum) who made my day by texting me from the top table with an awesome photograph of everyone having a great time at the wedding breakfast sitting under the flowers with the words "thank you thank you thank you x”. Thank you Lisa for having us as part of your daughters big day x
